Who needs a will?
In 2009, more than 70% of the people who died in the UK did not leave a Will, reducing the family's inheritence as well as causing stress to those left behind as well as additional costs. Without a Will:
- Your family could be liable for a 40% inheritance tax bill on an estate that exceeds £325,000
- Your wife or husband may not automatically inherit from your Estate
- If unmarried, your partner may not receive anything
- A Solicitor is likely to get involved in sorting out the estate resulting in legal fees that could run into many thousands of pounds
- Guardianship of children under the age of 18 may have to be resolved by social services

During the appointment , held in the comfort of your own home, our qualified legal consultant goes through everything concerning your Estate and will discuss where applicable the roles of Executors, Guardians and Trustees. After taking your instructions and taking payment the Legal Consultant will pass your details to our Legal department so that they can prepare the Will.
Within 3 weeks of the appointment the will is sent for your approval, included are instructions for signature and witness, to make the will a legally binding contract.
